THE OXFORD CITY AND COUNTY OPEN MIXED FOURS COMPETITION IN 2010, SPONSORED BY WINTER & CO., "JACK HIGH" CLUB INSURANCE 

OPEN MIXED FOURS WAS AGAIN A GREAT SUCCESS
 
 
24 teams, in a format of 3 games of 12 ends, competed for the prize money on Sunday 25th July, having progressed through qualification from the entrance of 48 teams.
 
Four teams won all three of their games, so shot difference decided the final positions.In the last match to finish either side could have won the cup! Len Lacey from the home club squeezed out an unlucky Chris Lewis by two shots, Chris finishing 7th.
 
RESULT:
Cup and £500. ......Sue Lacey, Len Lacey, Gill Blackmore and David Nash ( Oxford City & County)
Second and £250..Brian Clarke ( Woodstock )
Third and £150.......Carol Andrews ( English Fire Service )
Fourth and £100.....Carole Walker ( Banbury Borough )
