will be 'Dementia Oxfordshire'
Dementia Oxfordshire is a partnership between three local charities, Age UK Oxfordshire, Guideposts and YoungDementia UK, who are bringing together their specialist expertise to develop and deliver a new Dementia Support Service for people of all ages.The service is free to use. It is supported financially by Oxfordshire Clinical Commissioning Group and Oxfordshire County Council.
