Welcome to the website of Oxford City & County Bowls Club based in Summertown, North Oxford.

The club has two fine outdoor greens and a six-rink indoor green, so members are able to play all year round. Inside the clubhouse there is a comfortable lounge/dining area and good catering facilities (including lunch on many weekdays), a well stocked bar, new changing rooms with lockers. Outside there is an ample car-park for members.

There is good provision for those just wanting leisure bowling, but for those with more serious interests in the sport, there is a full programme of bowls events, varying from national (Bowls England) to county (OBA). club competitive and friendly matches. Complete lists of matches are published by fixture secretaries in the respective Outdoor and Indoor handbooks.

Enjoy our Tuesday night outdoor triples, Friday lunchtime indoor triples, Saturday night indoor triples - good opportunities to bowl and meet other club members.

In addition to our excellent bowlling facilities, there is a varied programme of social functions such as bingo, whist, christmas draw, barbecues, horse race nights, theatre trips and informal dinners, all of which help to raise funds for the club.
